She has effectively partnered with leaders across a range of industries including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, financial, consumer electronics, office technology / business supply, engineering consulting, and education, health social development, and workforce consulting. Joan’s corporate experience includes senior leadership roles in management, leadership and organizational effectiveness in a number of leading companies including AstraZeneca, MedImmune, Fidelity Investments, Bose Corporation, Office Depot, and the American Institutes for Research.
Joan holds a Master's Degree in Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development from Lesley University. She is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certification Program and is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Association for Talent Development and the Human Resources Leadership Forum.
When she's not working with her clients, Joan enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the ocean or in the mountains, practicing daily yoga and meditation, and dancing and walking.
